The queen of Jhansi 'Laxmibai' actual name was Manikarnika. Recently a movie made her biography the name of Manikarnika by Bollywood industry producer Kamal Jain, and Nishant Pitti.the lead role in this movie Monikornika character play Kankana Ranawat. we always know when a biography made by a particular legend there included so many characters and incident and obviously, it is needful to have thrilling in drama. but can we know approximate true about Manikarnika, let's go to know proper story according to historians.

Many more legend genesis in India, also queen Laxmibai was the glory of Jhansi and Hindustan. Manikarnika was born on 19 November 1828 in the holy town of Varanasi into a Marathi brahmin family. Manikarnika marriage to the king of Jhansi 'Gangadhar Rao' when she was only 14 years old. after marriage, a new identity of Manikarnika become queen of Jhansi Lakshmibai. After nine years the queen gives birth a son but he dies after four months.             

 

At that time in Hindustan was under British rule the leader of 'Lord Dalhousie'. he was very cruel and policy going on in this time legacy zero kingdoms will do acquisitions. according to advice at the last king agree to take an adoptive child and name will be Anandrao. after changing the name as Damodar Rao. 8 June 1857 change life of the queen, the British offers agree to leave the fort under the promise of safety from the rebels, the queen talks some rebel and sends to safety with sixty-one soldiers. instead, they are taken to the Jokhang bag and killed. after then some rebellious come to the near queen and pressured to get some horses, weapons, and money to go to Delhi. the queen was shiftless this moment. Queen write a letter three times to 'Hamilton' of the cause of British killing. britishers don't reply because they belief behind killing sixty-one Britisher's queen is directly involved. Consequently after three months around thirty thousand people killing by the British with brutality. 6 January 1858 general Hugh rose to start his operation to suppress the rebellion in Bundelkhand including Jhansi. Hugh rose thing it will so easy to win Jhansi, but queen Manikarnika knows of this action before and fully prepare himself. During 10 days huge rose nothing do anything to enter the fort. In 10 days queen Laxmibai also contact outside kings. At this time 'Tantiya topi' comes with twenty thousand soldiers to Britishers but lose the battle, after the next day Hugh able to enter the fort and destroy the fort outside, fort fire up constantly. 

After three days Lakshmibai flees during the night and joins the rebels at Kalpi. Queen Lakshmibai with Nanasaheb, 'Tantiya topi' together fight against Hugh Betelian but lose the battle. because there were so many soldiers compare to the queen so Lakshmibai left the battle near 'Kota' very much injure queen left her breath. Hugh commented after battle queen Lakshmibai was very clever and also dangerous. before die queen has to wish don't capture the British and not touch her body, she told a hermit to burn it after her death. she was a brave queen, she lived and die for her country. we can not forget her contribution to India. she builds a symbol of resistance to the British Raj for a true Indian Nationalist.
